Aims and Scope

The scientific journal “Ukrainian Professional Education”  publishes peer-reviewed original and review articles and aims to promote scientific research in the field of vocational education and pedagogical sciences, improve the quality of professional training, provide a platform for the exchange of experience and new ideas between scientists and practitioners.

The journal covers topical issues of vocational education, including methods and approaches to training specialists, adaptation of educational programmes to the needs of the modern labour market, introduction of the latest technologies in the educational process and assessment of learning effectiveness. The journal also explores the problems of ensuring the quality of education, integration of theoretical knowledge with practical skills, the role of vocational education in socio-economic development, as well as issues of management and organisation of the educational process. The sphere of interests of the editorial board mainly reflects the following areas (but the publication is not limited to them):

  • pedagogical innovations
  • teaching methods
  • psychological aspects of the learning process and interaction between teachers and students
  • management in education
  • quality of education
  • integration of education and the labour market

When selecting materials for publication, the editorial board pays special attention to originality, innovation, significance of results in the field of pedagogy and psychology, fundamental theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical problems, literacy, and compliance with the General requirements for the layout of manuscripts
