License Agreement

Licensing conditions:all materials are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License International CC-BY.

This licence permits anyone to freely copy, distribute, translate, adapt, and use published works for any lawful purpose, provided that proper credit is given to the author(s) and the source of the original publication — the journal “Ukrainian Professional Education”.


Acceptance of the Agreement

Submission of a manuscript to the Editorial Office constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
By submitting a paper for publication, the author confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to the provisions of the licence and voluntarily grant the Editorial Office the right to publish the work under the specified terms.


Author’s Warranties

By submitting a manuscript, the author guarantees that:

  • The submitted material is an original scholarly or creative work.
  • The article does not infringe any copyright or intellectual property rights of other persons or organisations.
  • The material has not been previously published and is not under consideration by any other journal or publisher.
  • All quotations, figures, and borrowed materials are properly cited and comply with the principles of academic integrity and current copyright legislation.

The author bears full responsibility for the content, accuracy of data, and adherence to ethical and scholarly standards in the submitted manuscript.


Author’s Rights

The author retains all moral and economic rights to their work, including the right of authorship, the right to the integrity of the text, and the right to reuse or republish their research results (in collections, monographs, textbooks, etc.), provided that the journal “Ukrainian Professional Education” is cited as the source of the original publication.


Publisher’s Rights

The author grants the Publisher (the Editorial Office of the Journal) a non-exclusive licence to use the article with the right of first publication under the Creative Commons Attribution International Licence (CC BY).
Within this licence, the Publisher is entitled to:

  • Publish the article in both print and electronic formats;
  • Translate articles into English and distribute the translated versions;
  • Make electronic copies of publications openly accessible through the journal’s official website, electronic databases, repositories, and other academic platforms.

Citation Requirements

In any subsequent use, quotation, or distribution of materials from the journal, a bibliographic reference to the publication or a hyperlink to its official electronic version on the journal’s website is mandatory.
This ensures proper attribution of authorship, compliance with the principles of academic integrity, and adherence to the conditions of the CC BY licence.

PUBLIC AGREEMENT ON THE PROCEDURE FOR PUBLISHING AUTHOR'S ARTICLES
